Under NCAA rules, Chris Culliver must sit out the first half of next week’s game at Florida, leaving the Gamecocks without their starting free safety and top kick returner. All b/c of some swings made to the helmet of a Ark-kansas player on the on-side kickoff try towards the end of the game….can we say dumb?
