“We can win the SEC championship,” Johnson said. “And I’m not just saying that. (Spurrier) has his coaches in place and we have the players in place. We are in the best shape that we have ever been in and we have an offensive system that is going to work and our defense is going to be on top of things. It is kind of a trickle down thing from our baseball team winning the National Championship.
“It is an exciting time to be a Gamecock right now.”
