I hope that you caught our Bloguin Heisman Poll from last week. Again this poll is being conducted by a group of bloggers within Bloguin.
The results of the poll each week can be found athttp://www.randallsimonssausages.com . At the RSS blog on Wednesday afternoon you can see the final results for Week 2.
Reminder – Each blog gets 3 votes. 3 points for top choice, 2 for second and 1 for third.
Here is our leading Heisman Candidates, ranked in order going into Week 2 of CFB:
Kellen Moore, QB, Boise State
Did you see the VT game. Do I need to explain this? Helps that ESPN is hyping him too.
Terrelle Pryor, QB, Ohio State
He was our leader last week and did not hurt his case but lacked the stiff opponent. He had 247 yds passing with 3 TDs. Not shabby.
Patrick Patterson, CB, LSU
Lock down corner and a game breaker in the return game. Peterson set an LSU record with a combined 257 combined yards on kickoff- and punt-return yards in his first action as the Tigers’ main return guy. Those 257 yards are the second-highest total in SEC history.
Thoughts?
Who did I miss? Ponder?
Check back each week as we will be doing this until the very end…..
