Is it already week 3 of College Football? Oh how time flys. Here again it the Bloguin Heisman Poll Ballot from your Gamecock Blogging Crew at LOHD. Did you see the Bloguin Heisman Poll from last week ? Again this poll is being conducted by a group of bloggers within the Bloguin network.
The results of the poll each week can be found at http://www.randallsimonssausages.com . At the RSS blog on Wednesday afternoon you can see the final results going into Week 3 of the season.
Reminder – Each blog gets 3 votes. 3 points for top choice, 2 for second and 1 for third.
Here is our leading Heisman Candidates, ranked in order going into Week 3 of CFB:
Kellen Moore, QB, Boise State
Still impressed with what he did against VT. He had a bye this week but still our top vote getter.
Terrelle Pryor, QB, Ohio State
He had a nice day out vs. Miami (Fla.) (12 of 27 for 233 yards, 1 TD, o INT; 20 carries for 113 yards, 1 TD). Loved the poise in the pocket and ability to create with his feet.
Denard Robinson, QB, Michigan
He was amazing against the Irish. Don’t think he can keep it up all year but this kind of line vs. Notre Dame (24 of 40 for 244 yards, 1 TD, 0 INT; 28 carries for 258 yards, 2 TD) gets my 3rd place vote.
Thoughts? Too many QBs? Clay or Mallet missing? Lattimore…he has a facebook page pumping the talk….
I know Patrick Patterson dropped out of my top 3 but did you really think a DB was going to win it in 2010?
Check back each week as we will be doing this until the very end…..
