After sending forwards Jonathan Marchessault and Cedric Paquette and defenseman Luke Witkowski to the Syracuse Crunch yesterday, the Lightning roster was at 24 players, one over the allowable 23.
Today at the 5:00 PM roster deadline, Tampa Bay confirmed that Brenden Morrow is in fact on IR, retroactive to last week, which means he could be activated for Thursday’s game. If that happens, a roster move will need to be made. (Photo/Susan Ferlita)
