TUF 12 Finale Salaries: Maia Makes Bank

While Jonathan Brookins might be The Ultimate Fighter 12 champion, the real winner of the TUF 12 Finale was Demian Maia.  The jiu-jitsu ace padded his bank account with a cool $80000 for his decision victory over Kendall Grove last Saturday night in Las Vegas.  The UFC paid out a total of $526000 in reported salaries at the event.  Here is who got what:

Demian Maia: $80000 ($40000 to show, $40000 win bonus)
Stephan Bonnar: $62000 ($31000 to show, $31000 win bonus)
Leonard Garcia: $62000 ($16000 to show, $16000 win bonus, $30000 Fight of the Night bonus)
Cody McKenzie: $46000 ($8000 to show, $8000 win bonus, $30000 Submission of the Night bonus)
Nam Phan: $46000 ($8000 to show, $30000 Fight of the Night bonus, $8000 “win” bonus)
Pablo Garza: $38000 ($4000 to show, $4000 win bonus, $30000 Knockout of the Night bonus)
Kendall Grove: $28000
Rick Story: $26000 ($13000 to show, $13000 win bonus)
Johny Hendricks: $22000
Dave Branch: $16000 ($8000 to show, $8000 win bonus)
