GAME NOTES: A tough opponent. We’ve started scuffling since playing quality opponents. Going into Cleveland and winning the games for Coco Crisp would buoy this club. It becomes apparent with every passing day how much we miss Coco Crisp, or even Johnny Damon, and so we need to win as many games as possible with Crisp out, so we can be in good shape for when Crisp returns. His return is so close, and he’s got many more at-bats ahead of him, but it’s so far away right now and we desperately need to take two out of three this series. With Schilling, Wakefield, and Beckett dropping the hammer this series, I’m confident of us attaining our goals, but I’d like to see some more offense. And please, Francona, don’t start Harris, Bard, and Cora in a game. Mix it up, and please start Mohr over Harris.
