Game Notes: We seem to have Baltimore’s number as of late. The offense provided run support for Wakefield as Tim gave the team another quality 6 inning start, giving up just 3 hits and rounding out his ERA at a respectable 3.97 ERA. And honestly, is there a prettier picture than watching Manny Ramirez hit a home run? Hopefully DiNardo can hold the fort long enough for an offensive explosion today, where the Red Sox can sweep Baltimore for the second time in this young season. The Red Sox face Kris Benson, who has yet to surrender more than four runs in any start, and has pitched into the seventh inning in four of his six starts.
