1 down, 15 to go

If we’re going to win this NBA Championship (and we ARE), we need 16 wins.  Yesterday was only the first win.  15 more to go.

Did anybody else notice that only ONE home team won in the playoffs yesterday??

Boston was 35-6 at home.  They lost

Portland was 34-7 at home.  They lost

San Antonio was 28-13 at home.  They lost

ALL THREE teams they lost to had losing road records.  That’s kinda scary….and it might wake up today’s home teams.

Anyway, I’m out of here for the next 9 days.  I’m going on a little vacation to the Dominican Republic (Punta Cana).  Yes, I checked to see if they would be playing the NBA Playoff games.  They are.

Dave will be taking over The BBC while I’m gone.  He’ll do a MUCH better job on the NFL Draft than I ever could, and he’ll stay up with the Cavs and Tribe too.

I’ll see you next Monday night, and if you’re good I’ll bring you back a souvenir!
