Two hot months a season does not make. His offense dipped back down — don’t be surprised at a trade.

Delcarmen is quickly becoming one of the top setup men in the majors.

Okay, J.D. October’s where it matters. Bring your September line!

Okay, I’ll say it. He should play center and bat leadoff in October.

When he comes in, we can’t rest easy … but a pre-ASB Gagne is a differencemaker.

Should have pitched a bit more this year, he has pretty good stuff. Next year’s Snyder?

The starters start every game (mostly) during the postseason. Backup OF is Kielty and Ellsbury. No spot for Hinske in ALCS (unless you dump Cash or ‘Belli).

All the injuries made Kielty see a lot of time v. RHP. Better only be v. LHP in October.

Lester looked much better in September and may have locked up a rotation spot next year.

May not be a true lefty specialist, but had a fine season.

Lowell, the Sox’s most consistent hitter all year, had an amazing year. Does he come back?

If they trade him and actually get value for him, I’ll be flabbergasted.

Bad beginning, good ending in September. Dice-K will be starting Game 2. Here’s your spotlight.

One of the things I’m most interested in seeing this off-season is who is our backup C: Belli, Cash, someone else?

Okaji recovered from a dead arm and looked solid at the end. His dominance is vital.

Big Papi will get less MVP votes than ever despite setting a career high in OPS. He’ll settle for a ring.

Is he tiring? Distinct possibility. He needs to wake up in October — he’s too important.

Schill the Thrill will pitch the pivotal Game 3 in the ALDS. He does live for this.
