If so, only the Steelers draft of 1974 would have had such an impact on any one american football team. 4 HOFers would come in that lottery. And while Defensive Tackle is the one need the Bucs hope they can recreate, the Offense may find itself on the receiving end of a franchise player like it did last year, something not too many fans in this area know what to do with.
