Updated: Norris Cole withdraws from Tuesday workout, Kings still host six

UPDATED (4:30 PM) :  Cleveland State’s Norris Cole has pulled out of tomorrow’s workout at the Sacramento Kings practice facility.  According to a Kings press release, he withdrew due to an injury from a previous workout.  Taking his place is Texas Southern’s Kevin Galloway, a Sacramento-native who left Kentucky after the firing of former head coach Billy Gillipsie.

Also participating are Jacob Pullen (Kansas State), Andrew Goudelock (College of Charleston), Julyan Stone (UTEP), Xavier Rabaseda (Spain) and Stockton product Mark Payne (UC Davis).

Also worth checking out an interview conducted by the DSD Podcast’s Aaron Fischman with UCD’s Mark Payne. Fischman touched base with the former Aggie Saturday evening and though he’ll most likely go undrafted, it’s an interesting conversation nevertheless. Payne discusses what the draft process has been like and shares his take on Arizona’s Derrick Williams, who he worked out with in Cleveland.
