LAS VEGAS – Scott Machado is one of this year’s must-watch undrafted free agents. He led the NCAA in passing his senior season, averaging close to 10 assists per game. As a member of the Houston Rockets’ Summer League team, Machado faced off against Jimmer Fredette on Monday.
