Edson Barboza's spinning wheel kicks Terry Etim
UFC 142

January 14, 2012

There was to be no stopping Edson Barboza.  Junior was an undefeated pro (9-0) heading into his January tilt with Brit Terry Etim in his native Brazil.  And there was no doubt that Barboza had devastating kicks – he actually won back-to-back fights due to TKO – leg kicks, which is about as rare a feat as you are going to see.  So when he pulled off a spectacular spinning wheel kick KO to Etim's head at UFC 142, it was par for the course for the young phenom.  Little did we know that Jamie Varner was plotting revenge on Etim's behalf.
