The X Factor:
Devin Harris
Devin Harris was an All-Star in 2009, but his play has pretty much gone downhill since then. If he can come close to regaining his All-Star form, it will go a long way towards replacing Joe Johnson.
Summary:
After another playoff flameout, the Hawks desperately needed their roster blown up. Mission completion. But this is in no way a rebuilding team – they still will be very competitive and will be making a playoff appearance once again this year.
