With the group stage over, the remaining 16 teams enter the knockout stage eyeing a championship.
The group stage has finished, with the Round of 16 starting tomorrow. There weren’t any significant surprises aside from Ukraine, who was second in the group after three games but was eliminated after losing its final two games to Finland and New Zealand. Unsurprisingly, the United States and Spain went a perfect 5-0, as did Greece in Group B. The Greeks will no doubt be a contender, though at this point anything other than a Spain-USA final would be a disappointment. Below are the final group standings, with a link to the tournament bracket (sorry, WordPress doesn’t give the option to create a bracket).
