2015 NFL Draft: Round Two and Three Mock Draft

While the first-round was hard enough, I’ve decided to take a swing at the second and third rounds of the 2015 NFL Draft. Treat this as more of team-fits than actual slot projections, as I did not project trades (though I am expecting them) in this second round.

Day 2 Notes:
-The Saints interest in Bryce Petty somewhat fits, but I think they’ll opt for Brett Hundley. I’ve heard interest from the Broncos on Petty for some time, and I’ll stick with that landing spot for him.

-Ali Marpet, the Division III offensive lineman, in the second-round? Don’t be surprised if it happens. He and AJ Cann of South Carolina are the two top capable centers left in the draft for some teams.

-I don’t expect as many teams to have interest in Randy Gregory or Dorial Green-Beckham as many predict. I’d guess Green-Beckham is a Seahawk, 49er or Texan, in that order. All three have him graded highly, may just depend on who pulls the trigger. Gregory is a bit more of a wildcard, but the Cowboys considered him at 27. Maybe they trade up a bit to secure him now.

-Don’t think big names Ameer Abdullah, Rashad Greene, or Sean Mannion go on Day 2.
