2016 NCAA Men’s Basketball Rankings – AP Poll – Preseason (Nov. 2)

The 2016 NCAA men’s basketball preseason rankings are out for the AP Poll and we find the UConn Huskies men’s basketball team ranked No. 20. The UConn men’s basketball team came in at No. 24 in the Coaches Poll.

The North Carolina Tar Heels are the No. 1 ranked team. They are followed by the Kentucky Wildcats, Maryland Terrapins, Kansas Jayhawks and Duke Blue Devils.

There are no other teams from the American Athletic Conference ranked in the top 25. The SMU Mustangs and Cincinnati Bearcats are the only teams from the Americans among the others receiving votes.
