GAME NOTES: Garza’s back after a stint on the disabled list and this is the first of many matchups against the reinvented Rays. Delmon Young and Elijah Dukes are gone and the Rays are cobbling together a very nice team. They aren’t pushovers anymore, but it would be nice to win the series after losing against the Angels.
