Tim Lincecum Can Throw a Party!

Say what you want about Tim Lincecum, but dude can throw a party.

Alledgedly.

From the San Jose Mercury News (via Big League Stew):

In a lawsuit filed Wednesday in San Francisco Superior Court, landlord Mindy Freile alleged that shortly after Lincecum’s lease expired at 141 Hampshire St., the star pitcher illegally returned to living in the apartment and “broke, stained, defaced, tore, injured or destroyed” her property.

“My belief is there was some kind of party that left it in really bad condition,” said Freile’s attorney Jonathan Bonstein. “Maybe there’s a perfectly good explanation on his side, but we haven’t heard it yet.”

When confronted with the allegations, Lincecum’s agent Rick Thurman called it an “unwarranted lawsuit,” adding “I’m not going to dignify it with a response.”

Nice.

So let’s get this straight, the two-time National League Cy Young Award winner alledgedly moved out of his apartment, returned, and, well…nevermind.

You rented an apartment to a dude nicknamed “The Freak”, lady…’nuff said.

Here’s the place in question…thanks Google!
