St. Louis Blues vs. LA Kings Second Round Schedule
It took several days but the St. Louis Blues vs. LA Kings second round schedule has been released. The Blues will open the series with two consecutive games at home, the first on Saturday, April 28th with the second coming on Monday, April 30th. The Blues then will hit the road with Game 3 on Thursday, May 3rd and Game 4 on Sunday, May 6th from the STAPLES Center.
Clear up your calendars Blues fans, the schedule is finally out.
Fans suspected the series would begin on Saturday in St. Louis. This notion was confirmed today when the team’s official site announced the news. We will all have to wait on the actual times of these games until the rest of the first round is completed on the Eastern side of the NHL.
If they are needed Game 5, 6 and 7 will be scheduled at a later date.
As for broadcasts, the major networks take charge from here so plan on watching your St. Louis Blues on either NBC, NBC Sports Network or CNBC.
You’ll notice the gap in scheduling between Game 2 and Game 3 as well as between Game 3 and Game 4. You can thank the LA’s STAPLES Center for this as they currently not only have the Kings in the playoffs but also the Lakers and Clippers competing in the NBA playoffs. Needless to say the venue will be bustling for the next few weeks.
