The Phillies have won three in a row and eight of ten, so now may not be the best time for the Pirates to roll into Citizen’s Bell Park. At least the Pirates are throwing the starter with the best chance to shut any lineup down tonight in Charlie Morton, though he’s also the starter most likely to backfire in horrendous fashion.
Sorry, I’m wiped after my committee meeting today and I don’t have much else to say right now. Morton and Kyle Kendrick take the mound at 7:05. Clemente/Cangelosi is after the jump.
