Put this blog under the you have to love Twitter category. I was about to Blog about the fall out of fans wanting Aaron Maybin to hurry up and sign with the Bills. But at 11:30pm, Profootball talk.com reported Aaaron Maybin maybe close to signing with the Bills. But it wasn’t Mark Gaughan or Mike Florio confirming that Maybin was signed. It was by Mr. Reality himself via his Twitter page.
“Congrats 2 our #1 draft pick Aaron Maybin!! He will b officially joining the Buffalo Bills 2morr!!”

I had wrote in an earlier blog, that I wouldn’t be panicking about Maybin NOT signing until at least September 1st. I wasn’t expecting much from him since he’s more of a project player, who was only going to play on pass rushing downs. Fans have made so much about the Bills breaking camp from Rochester without Maybin signing. Hello!? It’s not like the Bills stop practicing and start eating Buffalo Wings with Pablo when coming back to Buffalo. The Bills will still be at the Field House practicing, not to mention Maybin still has 3 preseason games to get up to speed. Rushing the passer isn’t much of a science people.
