Should Adam LaRoche gets the itch to come back to baseball, the Normal CorneBelters have a job for him.
And the best part…he can bring his son Drake along for the ride.
“As a family-oriented organization, we would be more than excited to welcome Adam and Drake to be a part of our team for the upcoming season,” CornBelters’ Manager Brooks Carey said.
If LaRoche decides to accept the gig, the 12-year big league veteran would have his choice of coaching jobs. Drake is also guaranteed a position within the organization for all 48 home games this season, in addition to full participation in team activities…whatever that means.
