It’s now just 65 days until kickoff in Houston, so let’s take a break from being anxious for the soccer game today and talk a little about Alex Walker.
Walker’s Story So Far:
– Was an All-Conference honorable mention as a tight end his senior year in high school. Also won team’s black lion award as he made the most sacrifice for the team.
– Majoring in geological engineering and is an Eagle Scout.
What to Expect in 2014:
As has been the trend with most of the offensive linemen we have talked about this year, Walker is buried behind an experienced line. He will have to work hard to find the field, but that isn’t taking anything away from him. It’s just the life of a redshirt sophomore on a team with a number of returning starters.
