Alexander Steen looked like he had his season back on track when he scored his 26th goal of the year against the New York Rangers. Unfortunately, the good times didn't last long.
Steen was hit awkwardly into the boards and appeared to injure his knee/leg. He hobbled off, but soon returned for the team's power play. As soon as it appeared the Blues dodged another potential injury, Steen was forced to leave the game for good with a lower-body injury.

Thankfully, the injury isn't believed to be serious. Ken Hitchcock stated that Steen is day-to-day.
