There are aisles and aisles of Volleyball merchandise – Volleyballs, Volleyball shoes, Volleyball books, Volleyball videos, Volleyball uniforms, Volleyball knee pads, Volleyball socks, Volleyball nets, Volleyball – well, you get the drift, nothing but Volleyball stuff. And it’s online, too, available 24 – 7, whenever you need it or have time for it. All Volleyball is a business but it clearly is a labor of love for Wayne and Kriss Lawson, the husband and wife entrepreneurs who own this neat organization, and all their team members.
However, All Volleyball is more than a store, or a website, or a business, or even an organization. It is an atmosphere, a mood, an environment, a setting, or even an ambiance of Volleyball, fun, and teamwork. The philosophy of All Volleyball is both simple and succinct: “provide great products at competitive prices and the best customer service in the industry.” From personal experience, I can certify and testify (even under oath if need be) that they follow this philosophy to the letter. By following these simple principles, the organization has grown, in just about twenty years, from two people into a company full of dedicated team members of all different backgrounds.
One feature of All Volleyball that I have to mention is the “Team Room.” This room is a separate room where a coach can take their team and try on uniforms, shoes, and other Volleyball equipment. The room is bright, cheerful, classy, comfortable, and provides the necessary privacy to fit uniforms properly. It is really, really cool.
