After almost 1,200 votes, the above logo created by Josh H. is the winner of the Derek Boogaard Memorial Logo Contest.
Josh’s logo will now be put on a t-shirt (courtesy of Glass Bangers T-Shirts) and sold with all the profits going to Defending the Blue Line.
An unlimited amount of t-shirts will be available for purchase for a week after the sale is announced which should be very soon.
Josh will also get a Boogaard Heritage jersey.
Amazing job by Josh and everyone who participated. I definitely feel this logo is the perfect way to honor Boogaard as it was not only created by a fan it was voted on by the fans. Great work by all of those involved.
