Had the Halos put together a strong first week of 2016, the Angels Player Power Rankings for Week 2 probably wouldn’t have needed much updating. Seeing as how just about everyone but Jered Weaver, Hector Santiago, and Yunel Escobar had a horrible Week 1, however, there’s a whole lot of shifting going on, including a new face in the top spot.
