It’s a special All-Star Break Edition of the Angels Player Power Rankings! What’s so special about it? Nothing really. It just happens to be that I am publishing this during the All-Star Break. It is pretty much the same batch of snarky comments otherwise. I just liked the idea of pretending that this was somehow special.
