The Angels went back to drafting position players in the fourth round by selecting outfielder Brendon Sanger out of Florida Atlantic University.
With the 135th overall pick (4th round) in the 2015 #MLBDraft, the #Angels select RF Brendon Sanger from Florida Atlantic University.

Sanger plays the corner outfield, but isn’t a traditional power prospect. There is some pop there, but looking at his college stats, he appears to be an OBP machine and makes a ton of contact. If that doesn’t appeal to you, just know that his nickname is “Hit Dog.” So he’s got that going for him, which is nice.
