Interview to air in its entirety during MLB Tonight on Monday, June 22

June 20, 2009 – MLB Network today announced that an interview with President Bill Clinton, hosted by MLB Network analyst Harold Reynolds, will be featured as part of MLB Network’s coverage of the Civil Rights Game on Saturday, June 20. President Clinton, the keynote speaker at this year’s Beacon Awards Luncheon honoring Hank Aaron for the Beacon of Life (presented by Commissioner Selig), Muhammad Ali for the Beacon of Change (presented by fellow boxing legend Sugar Ray Leonard) and Bill Cosby for the Beacon of Hope (presented by Hall of Famer Bob Gibson).

During the interview Clinton discussed being the first President to throw a first pitch from the mound, as well as baseball greats including Hank Aaron, Jackie Robinson and Cal Ripken.

A preview of the interview will air during the pre-game ceremonies, beginning at 7:00 p.m. ET. The complete interview will air during MLB Tonight on Monday, June 22.
