It may be five years late, but at least Ron Artest finally owned up to his immense cowardice.
I defended Artest in 2005. Bob Kravitz did not. Bob Kravitz was right.
Ron Ron made a lot of us look like fools, most notably Larry Bird. An apology won’t put the Pacers back together again, but it was nice to read anyway. If he had to win a ring, at least he did it at the expense of the fans of New England.
