Since we have been on a gas price theme here at the hot dog for the past few post I figured I would throw my 2 cents in. I saw in a health article some ways to get fit in your everyday life.

Instead of fuming over gas prices, think about firming your calves: With one hand on your car, stand on the balls of your feet and slowly rise up and down for as long as it takes your tank to fill- for a SUV that might be 75 raises. This will burn up to 15 calories.
