That doesn’t sound good at all. Since he’s an NRI it wouldn’t hurt the Bucs that much financially if he’s got a significant arm injury, but if he can’t pitch it will probably mean that someone very green like Aaron Thompson, Tony Watson, or Danny Moskos will go north with the club at the end of March.
