As for what's going on around the Spring game this year? Here are those details and boy if you are a regular fan they sure are upping the ante to get you to Camp Randall next Saturday….

In addition to the game, fans of all ages are invited to attend the annual Badger Kids’ Fair, presented by First Choice Dental and UW Health. The event runs from 2-4 p.m. and will be held in the McClain Center, adjacent to the stadium.

The free event includes interactive games, displays, autographs, photos with Bucky and a number of athletic skills stations. Many UW sports will be represented at the fair, and kids will have an opportunity to meet current student-athletes.

There are also a number of promotions during the spring game. Kids ages 10-14 can register for a chance to be a Junior Assistant Coach. Junior Assistant Coaches will get the special opportunity to be on the field with head coach Gary Andersen during play. A total of three winners will be selected. One winner will serve during the first quarter, one during the second quarter and one during the second half.

UW students are also encouraged to submit their dance videos via Twitter to @BadgerFootball for a chance to take part in a dance-off with a current Badgers player during the spring game. Everyone has seen the team’s dance-off video. Now we’re looking for some talented students to take their moment in the spotlight. Based on crowd applause, if the students win the dance-off against the players, they will win season tickets for the upcoming season.

There’s more for UW students as well. Two lucky students will also be chosen at the game to take part in a punt catching competition. If the contestants are able to successfully catch a punt, they too will win season tickets for the upcoming season.
