The Badgers football team did its annual photo shoot today, and the official twitter account was there to let us in on a few looks. In total, there are supposed to be 20 different uniform combinations available to the UW football program this year.

I don’t know about you, but seeing an all-red uniform out of Wisconsin would certainly be a change, and a welcome one at that. Hopefully they only do it with the black accents though, otherwise that thing could look a lot like a candy cane—and not in a good way.

Man do I feel sorry for the big guys up front if they do go with that look. Yikes is that not flattering to the big fellas.
One thing is for sure, it appears that under Gary Andersen the Badgers are willing to somewhat join the trend of flashy new uniforms. Don’t think for one second this is anything more than to help on the recruiting trail either. I mean, we did just have a recruit site the Badgers uniforms as one of the reasons for his commitment.
