On this edition of the Bearcats BlogCast, Chris Bains of Cincy on the Prowl, Matt Opper of Down the Drive and I talk about many things going on with Cincinnati Bearcats athletics. We kick things off talking about Deshaun Morman leaving the program. We discuss his potential impact on next year’s team, as well as the future. That spins off into talking about Gary Clark because you really can’t have a Bearcats basketball discussion without Gary Clark.
We discuss what Cincinnati should do with the extra scholarships they have available. There is also a question of who is leaving the bigger void, Strickland or Morman? From there we move on to some Big 12 championship game talk. That spins off into Matt discussing the future of television, which was incredibly interesting. I didn’t have anything to add in there, but I really enjoyed listening to Matt discuss. We end by talking a little bit about Houston accepting Daymean Dotson.
The show this week runs about an hour and eleven minutes. The podcast is available on iTunes and Stitcher. If you have any ideas for future guests, let me know and I’ll do my best to get them. Thanks for listening. We’ll be back soon for more Bearcats talk. Probably in early May unless something big happens.
