The Bearcats BlogCast makes it’s grand offseason return today, as Chris Bains and I discuss all things Bearcats. We kick off with the contract extensions received by basketball coach Mick Cronin and football coach Tommy Tuberville. This leads into a substantial discussion about Mick Cronin, expectations, recruiting and results.
We end up talking similarly about Tommy Tuberville and the job he’s doing with the football team. This leads into some hypothetical discussion about his future and the program’s future.
Chris and I briefly talk about the success of the Bearcats baseball club behind manager Ty Neal.
We get into the Big 12 expansion talk of course. Chris and I hit it from a lot of angles, namely if UC is the best choice and how confident we are in UC potentially changing leagues.
The podcast is closed with Chris explaining why he closed down Cincy on the Prowl and we discuss the blog life.
