Another Bruin is heading for greener pastures, or at least active ones. Zdeno Chara is heading to the KHL to play for HC Lev Praha in the Czech Republic, according to his agent Matt Keaton.
“He has friends there, and it’s within hours of his home in Slovakia and it’s a great hockey city,” Keator said.
Chara will be playing with Calgary Flames’ Jiri Hudler and Philadelphia Flyers’ Jakub Voracek. Lots of other Bs are playing in the KHL or at least in the Czech Republic.
This is only kinda what Chara told DOY Ace Reporter Patrice Purrgeron he would do during this lockout.
Least ESPN3 is airing KHL games this season. Oh ESPN, trolling Bettman by taking a huge fucking dump on his chest. Nice.
As always, follow our list of where the Bruins are playing during the lockout.
