Blues crush Stars, eliminate ability to use jokes at their expense for a little while

The Blues jumped out to a 5-0 lead after 2 periods, thanks in large part to Kari Lehtonen (who does not play for the Blues, and is in fact the Stars’ net minder). Not only are they in the Western Conference final, they got there authoritatively. And not to be discounted, Viktor Tarasenko is a finalist for the cover of EA NHL hockey 2017.  They will get an exhausted Nashville or San Jose for a chance to reach the Cup Final, and it’s hard to believe that it won’t be the Blues in the final 2. Mind blowing.
