Here’s a fun little nugget of information about the 2014 NHL Draft. It sounds like the team is considering drafting Ryan MacInnis, the son of legendary defenseman Al MacInnis. Ryan is a forward who chipped in 37 points in 66 games in the OHL during 2013-14. He’d obviously be more comfortable in an organization where his father plays a large role, so it’s not too surprising the Blues are at least considering selecting him.
Don't rule out possibility of #stlblues drafting Ryan MacInnis, Al's son. It has been addressed within club and everyone seems comfortable.

Unfortunately, these things don’t always work out. Another team could draft him or Ryan may not develop as the Blues hope (see Basil McRae’s son, Philip).
