The St. Louis Blues had some attendance woes during the 2013-14 season, but one area they thrived in was television. Fox Sports Midwest reports that the Blues had their highest all-time ratings in 2013-14. The Blues averaged a 4.0 according to Nielsen, besting the previous high (3.9) during the abbreviated season last year.
The Blues’ local-market ratings ranked 5th in the entire NHL. This also is the fourth consecutive season in which ratings grew on Fox Sports Midwest for St. Louis Blues hockey.
