The Tampa Bay Lightning have made a qualifying offer to 24 year old RFA defenseman Andrej Sustr. In making the offer, the Bolts retains his rights while both sides continue to talk contract. The Lightning has until Monday’s deadline to extend offers to its other RFAs, including Vladislav Namestnikov, Mark Barberio and Luke Witkowski.
