The Tampa Bay Lightning have traded expiring unrestricted free agent defenseman Marc-Andre Bergeron today, to the Carolina Hurricanes. In exchange, the Bolts get back forward Adam Hall (Who they waived earlier this season) and a seventh round pick in June’s draft.

The Quebec native was signed as a free agent by Tampa Bay, on January 4, 2011.
Adam Hall will be placed on waivers today, if he does unclaimed he will be assigned to Syracuse.
