When it comes to recruiting, a team can never target enough athletic big guys.  Once such prospect is Toms River (NJ) Monsignor Donovan OL prospect Brad Henson.  “Boston College, Rutgers and Central Florida offered me,” he recently told NittanyLionsDen.com.  “I’ve received some interest from Alabama, Maryland, Georgia, Penn State and Wisconsin,” he continued.

“I don’t have any favorites right now,” he said.  “But [the] team I grew up liking was the Georgia Bulldogs because my family is from Athens.  But that’s just me growing up and watching football.”

“I’ve always admired Penn State’s football tradition,” Henson added.

What is it about Henson’s game that has schools across the country looking at him?  “Coaches [tell] me my feet are quick and I change direction very well for my size.  And I have good form.”

Henson self-reports himself at 6’5″ and 270 lbs, squatting around 400 and benching around 315.
