So Danny Ainge and Doc Rivers were supposed to meet today. I haven’t heard a single thing about whether that’s happened, but one would assume these talks haven’t resumed without Doc and Danny speaking to each other.
And I’ll just echo the dozen or so people who said this same thing after talks “died”: Until the Clippers hire a coach not named Doc Rivers, this stuff isn’t over.
Now to see if the Celtics get fleeced or not.
