The Wisconsin Badgers ever-changing offensive line will look a lot different for the rest of the 2015 season. On Monday, head coach Paul Chryst announced star Center, Dan Voltz, will miss the remainder of the season following an injury on Saturday at Illinois.

The redshirt junior has had a long history of injuries throughout his career at UW. He’s suffered multiple ankle injuries and redshirted his first season at UW thannks to injuries as well.
He fought through nagging injuries last season to start 14 games, while playing in 11 contested in his redshirt freshman season.
Chryst also informed the media that he doesn’t expect to get projected starting guard Ray Ball or one-time starting right tackle Hayden Biegel back this season.
The Badgers head coach also told the gathered media at his weekly press conference that there is an outside chance that Wheelright could return at the end of the regular season.
Both losses are huge blows to an offense that has been great in the passing game. Wheelwright has had a career year in his third year playing for UW. He’s amassed career highs in receptions (28), receiving yards (369) and touchdowns (4). Wheelwright enters this week seventh in the B1G in receiving thouchdowns.
His loss means Tanner McEvoy jumps in to the mix at wide receiver in a much bigger way the rest of the season.
