Much maligned forward Jonathan Drouin is in the news again for the wrong reasons.
On Wednesday the Syracuse Crunch announced that Drouin would be held out of tonight’s game against the Utica Comets after he missed this morning’s pre-practice team meeting due to an alarm clock problem.
The Syracuse Post-Standard first reported Drouin being benched. The newspaper reported Drouin has apologized to the team, and said he missed the meeting because of an issue with his alarm clock.

Drouin has been productive since returning to the Syracuse lineup, netting five goals and and accumulating six points in six games.
