The Brewers traded Racine native Vinny Rotino for former Brewer Claudio Vargas on Friday afternoon.
Vargas, 31, was originally acquired by the Brewers for Doug Davis, but was released midway through his second season with the Brewers.
While this probably won’t get the Brewers to the postseason, it certainly is better than doing nothing at all.
I like this move.
